Transactional Analysis gives people a greater awareness of their working styles, the opportunity to deepen their emotional intelligence and strategies to increase effective communication with others.
Members of this TA learning group are committed to ongoing learning and development, using TA as our theoretical framework to support us in our work.
Our focus is to be a peer led learning group where we engage in:
- Sharing TA knowledge
- Offer each other informal TA supervision
- Bring exam or theory questions
The objective is for each member to learn as much as they contribute.
Participants do not have to be committed to a formal TA learning contract or programme. However, we are all committed to our ongoing learning and development, using TA as our framework.
Current members have different backgrounds, between us having trained with specialists in the Psychotherapy, Organisation and Education fields in the UK and Europe.

Supervision enables us to work with protection permission and potency, deepening coach skills and self knowledge. Bernadette invites coaches to grow and develop, building on existing strengths, so that coach and client flourish and thrive.
