Bernadette is an author and thought leader, her most recent publication being a chapter on Leadership and Teamwork in the prestigious Springer ‘Future of Business’ series. She is an accredited member of the International Coach Federation, a qualified coach supervisor and is a contracted Transactional Analyst in Organisations.
She has a strong operational business background, having held IT Board level roles for major blue chip and government organisations, where she was responsible for creating IT strategy and delivering global change programmes. Her interest in sustainable change and coaching developed as she explored systemic reasons that people embrace or resist new ways of working.
