Transactional Analysis for Leaders
How do effective leaders communicate effectively with others, take account of the different working styles around them, and create clear working agreements with staff, teams, clients and customers? This TA programme provides a practical approach to creating powerful working relationships and acheiving objectives.
Transactional Analysis for Coaches
How do coaches develop self awareness and understand what is happening between themselves and their client in the coaching relationship? What are the patterns of behaviour that show up in our client work, and what new options can we create to address challenging situations? This short experiential programme focusses on developing self knowledge and provides tools and models to support coaches in their daily work.
Supervision enables us to work with protection permission and potency, deepening coach skills and self knowledge. Bernadette invites coaches to grow and develop, building on existing strengths, so that coach and client flourish and thrive.
