Our coach supervision and development is designed to be compassionate, developmental and confidence building, enabling coaches and their clients to flourish and thrive.
Bernadette says 'From my earliest days as a coach I have had access to professional high quality supervision which has supported me in my development. Being in a trusted supervision relationship develops coach skills and insights, provides access to new theories and tools, allows attention to ethical matters and enables coach growth.
My intention is to support coaches to develop their skills and awareness so that they and their clients thrive.'
Our supervision philosophy is based on working alongside the coach, identifying and building on existing strengths and skills, and taking a holistic view of the coach/client/organisation relationship.

Supervision programmes
We offer both one to one and group supervision, as well as supervision and development programmes for coaches working independently and within organisations.
Supervision with internal coach teams also provides valuable feedback on organisational themes and beliefs.
Online Group supervision programmes - new groups start in Spring 2024
Group supervision programmes provide the opportunity to learn from others experience. Small groups work in a private online platform, meeting monthly.

Supervision is a developmental process that enables us to work with protection permission and potency, deepening coach skills and self knowledge. Bernadette invites coaches to grow and develop, building on existing strengths, so that coach and client flourish and thrive.
