Bernadette is the founder of Heworth Associates.

Bernadette is inspired by working with those who want to perform at their best. She supports and challenges people and organisations to find their own solutions and achieve their objectives, creating change for themselves and others.

Bernadette is an accredited member of the International Coach Federation, a qualified coach supervisor and is a contracted Transactional Analyst in Organisations.

Bernadette’s interest in creating sustainable change developed through her 25 years experience of delivering change in organisations. She has been employed as IT Director for Gillette International, HM Treasury and held senior IT roles in BP, London Underground, the Estee Lauder Group, where she was responsible for creating IT strategy and delivering global change programmes that enabled businesses to work differently.

Her interest in organisational change developed as she explored ways to create sustainable behavioural change to support the effective implementation of new business systems to achieve business objectives.

In her free time Bernadette is a keen gardener and is currently converting her garden from a neglected nettle patch into something more fulfilling
