Our focus on developing coach skills through core coaching competencies has developed over several years. Bernadette runs a community based core competency coaching group in York and mentors coaches at all stages of their professional development, including those who are preparing for professional exams.
Fluency with coaching competencies informs us about who we are as coaches and enables us to meet our clients at our best, deepening coach awareness of our own style and approach, and strengthening skills and performance.
Coach mentoring groups run online and face to face. One to one coach mentoring sessions are also available.
Alternatively, drop into one of the York Coaching Masterclass events for a taster of mentor coaching. See Events page for more details and dates.
The next free supervision taster session takes place on 11 January 2018.

Our next meeting dates are Tuesday 21 November, when the topic will be Positive Games, and Friday 1 December
Establishing the Coaching Agreement - Thursday 7 December at 6pm.
How do coaches partner with clients to achieve their goal for each session within the context of acheiving the overall goals of the coaching programme? How do we recognise when the coaching agreement may need to be adjusted?
